Chief suspect in missing Latvian Agnese Klavina arrested for hit and run in San Pedro de Alcantara near Marbella.
Chief Suspect in Missing Latvian Agnese Klavina Arrested For Hit and Run when a Bolivian woman in her 40’s was killed in a suspected hit and run in the main Boulevard area of San pedro last night, culminating in the arrest of two British men in a Bar in Estepona.
One of the men was Westley Capper who is facing trial over disappearance of Agnese Klavina who went missing from AqwaMist Nightclub in Puerto Banus in September 2014.
Westley Capper was told last month that he was being prosecuted for illegal detention more than a year after Latvian Agnese Klavina vanished from Puerto Banus club Aqwa Mist.
This afternoon he has been questioned at a court in Marbella – hours after being arrested in a bar in nearby Estepona over a collision involving a Bentley which claimed the life of a South American pedestrian.
Witnesses told police the victim, a south American woman aged around 40, had been flung nearly 100 feet by a Bentley which failed to stop.
It is understood the judge who quizzed Westley Capper today has sent him to prison. Porter’s whereabouts was unclear.
Sources close to the case said his friend Craig Porter, 34, who is also facing trial over Agnese’s September 6 2014 disappearance, was with him when he was arrested at the bar.
